Q1. All items in Fashion-fourever is ready stock or pre-order?

Ans: All items in Fashion-fourever is ready stock, we will keep stock on hand. For normal item, we have 5pcs for each items and for fast selling items, we have 30pcs for each items.

Q2. Since all items are ready stock, but why after payment done, i received the message from Fashion-fourever about the "No stock" or "Stop Production"?

Ans: Fashion-fourever is processing order according to customer bank-in time, means first come first serve. There is the possibility when customer checking the stock availability, the item still have 5pcs on hand. But while received payment from the customer, the 5pcs actually is paid and reserved by another customer who had make payment earlier.

In this case, we will restock from overseas supplier and it take about 2 working days to arrived Malaysia.

Sometimes, due to the delay of shipment or Customs duty issue, the shipment may be hold by the Customs. So, we will send message to advice customer change to other available item.

There is another condtion when we restock from the oversea supplier, the specific item had stop production. Thus, customer can only change to other available item.

Q3. How can i know or check the stock availability?

Ans: You can contact us via sms or email to check the stock availability first before confirmed to your customer (for Reseller or Agent). We will reply you ASAP.

Q4. What can i do if my order item has no stock or stop production?

Ans: You can either change to other available item or request refund for this particular item? But the refundable bank must be either PBB or Maybank.

Q5. How long i need to wait to receive my order after payment done?

Ans: Estimate within 7 working days (not include Weekend & Public Holidays)

Q6. I need the item urgently, can Fashion-fourever arrange same/next day delivery to me?

Ans: We did not accept any urgent order or committed the delivery time to customer. If customer urgently needs the clothes for any purpose, please do not place your order here, because we can't promise you the actual delivery date.

Q7. What should i do if i did not receive my parcel after the 7 working days?

Ans: You can call to 012-664 6799 - Tracy for further inquiry.

Q8. Is the real item same like the picture?

Ans: All the pictures are provided directly by oversea supplier and it just for reference purpose only. The items are 95% as the picture. If there is any different between the picture and real item, we will refer the real item as standard. We did not accept the quality issue as return or refund excuses.

Q9. Is the description measurement 100% same with real item?

Ans: Due to different measurement standard and tools by suppliers and buyers, the real item measurement may vary -/+2cm. If there is any different between the description and real item, we will refer the real item as standard. We didn't accept wrong measurement as return or refund excuses if the measurement is within the -/+2cm range.

Q10. Why sometimes the item state FREE Belt or FREE Accessories, but i didn't received the FREE Belt or Accessories when i received the order?

Ans: The FREE Belt or FREE Accessories are the FREE Gift offer by the supplier, it's limited and while stock last. We did not accept the FREE Gift issue as return or refund excuses.
